Dan Paterno joined Abrams & Bayliss in 2015 after serving federal district and circuit court clerkships. Dan represents clients in Delaware’s state and federal courts in disputes involving breach of fiduciary duty, corporate control, contested mergers and acquisitions, derivative claims, appraisal, and commercial matters.
