Elizabeth Wang
Elizabeth Wang joined Abrams & Bayliss in 2025, after completing her clerkship with the Honorable Morgan T. Zurn of the Delaware Court of Chancery. Elizabeth possesses a unique combination of elite plaintiff and defense experience, having represented both institutional stockholders in complex fiduciary litigation and corporate clients in high-stakes commercial disputes and corporate governance matters. Elizabeth’s cross-border legal education and cultural fluency distinguish her in today’s global marketplace. With legal training spanning multiple jurisdictions and extensive international corporate practice experience, she has developed linguistic and cultural expertise that enables seamless navigation of complex cross-border transactions and disputes.
