Samuel D. Cordle
Samuel Cordle joined Abrams & Bayliss LLP in 2019. Sam’s practice focuses on complex corporate litigation, including stockholder derivative actions, corporate governance disputes, and M&A litigation, as well as strategic advising on business situations such as mergers, hostile takeovers, and proxy contests. Sam represents a diverse range of clients, including public and private companies, venture capital and private equity firms, hedge funds, boards of directors, and executives.
