Faith C. Johnson
Faith Johnson focuses her practice on business disputes relating to contracts, fiduciary duties, acquisitions, property and fraud claims among other things. She has represented Fortune 500 companies in an array of lawsuits including derivative actions and other matters before the Delaware Court of Chancery.
Faith is a graduate of Howard University School of Law, where she received a merit scholarship and was the co-captain of the Charles Hamilton Houston National Moot Court Team. She earned her undergraduate degree in criminal justice, cum laude, from Dillard University, where she was on the dean’s List, won the Outstanding Scholar Award, and the Justice Revius O. Ortique, Jr. Scholarship.
